Anthony Harvey ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Word Winds mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Service is the Word Winds mobile application operated by Anthony Harvey.

Information Collection and Use

If your score makes it to the top ten and you enter your initials (three letters), those initials will be listed in the Top Ten list for users to see. Otherwise, there is no personal data collected by the application Word Winds.

Types of Data Collected: None

Usage Data

The only data available to us is the usage data provided by Apple if you have “opted in.” That type of data includes the usage of the application and any crashes that may have occurred. None of that data is associated with personal data.

We don’t request nor collect any usage data beyond the crash reports sent through the App Store for users that “opt-in”. None of the names input to Spin Twister are ever sent to a server nor saved to the device.

Use of Data

We use the collected usage data (crash reports) to detect, prevent and address technical issues.

Disclosure Of Data

We do not hold any data of value to other parties. We may disclose the Data we do have in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
