This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the mobile application Reaction Lab (the "App"), operated by AH Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

**Summary**

Reaction Lab stores your reaction test results, test history, insights, and app settings locally on your iPhone. We do not collect, transmit, or store your test data on our servers, and we do not have access to that data.

**Data Stored Locally On Your Device**

Reaction Lab may store the following information on your device:

- Test session results (reaction times, accuracy, trial outcomes)

- Test history and performance trends

- App preferences and settings (trial count, delays, timeouts, sound/haptics toggles, left-handed mode)

- Insights and statistics derived from your test performance

This information remains on your device and is not sent to us.

**Analytics and Diagnostic Data (Optional)**

If you have opted in to share analytics or diagnostics with Apple, Apple may provide us with aggregated or de-identified information such as crash reports and performance data. We use this information to improve stability and fix bugs. This diagnostic information does not include your test results or performance data.

**Purchase Information**

If Reaction Lab offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details (such as your credit card number). We may receive basic purchase or subscription status information needed to provide access to paid features.

**How We Use Information**

- To provide the App's features locally on your device (reaction tests, performance tracking, and insights)

- To improve reliability and performance using crash reports and diagnostic information (when available)

- To manage access to paid features (if applicable)

**How We Share Information**

- We do not sell your personal information.

- We do not share your test results, performance data, or settings because we do not collect or store that information on our servers.

- We may disclose limited information only if required to comply with a legal obligation or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AH Apps LLC and users.

**Permissions**

Reaction Lab may request the following permissions:

- **Motion & Fitness** (Optional): Required only for motion-based reaction tests. If you do not grant motion permission, motion-based test types will be unavailable, but all other tests will function normally.

**Data Retention**

Reaction Lab's data is stored locally on your device, so you control retention. You can delete individual test sessions within the App, or uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.

**Security**

We design Reaction Lab so data is stored locally and is not transmitted to our servers. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we aim to minimize data exposure by not collecting it in the first place.

**Your Rights (GDPR/EEA and Similar Laws)**

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Because we do not collect your test results or performance history, most requests can be handled by you directly within the App (by deleting sessions or uninstalling the App). For purchase records, Apple controls the transaction data.

**Changes to This Privacy Policy**

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Please review this policy periodically.
