AH Apps LLC (“AH Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Peak app for iOS (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information is used when you use the Service, how that information is handled, and your privacy rights.

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Definitions

Service

The Peak app for iOS operated by AH Apps LLC.

Personal Data

Information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual.

Usage Data

Technical or diagnostic information generated through use of the Service, such as crash reports or anonymous analytics.

Information We Collect

Personal Data

We do not collect, request, or store your personal information on servers operated by AH Apps LLC.

Your workouts, health information, notes, goals, and other app content remain stored on your device and, if you choose to enable it, in your personal iCloud account through Apple’s CloudKit services. We do not have access to this information.

Health Data

If you grant permission, Peak may read from and write to Apple Health using HealthKit.

Health data is used solely to provide app functionality, such as syncing workouts, activity, or other health-related information that you choose to share with the app.

Health data remains on your device and, if enabled by you, in your personal iCloud account. AH Apps LLC does not access, collect, sell, transmit, or use your Health data for advertising, marketing, or analytics.

Analytics

Peak may use anonymous or aggregated analytics to help us understand how the app is used and to improve its features, reliability, and performance.

These analytics are not intended to identify you personally.

Crash Reports

If you choose to share diagnostic information with Apple through your device settings, Apple may provide us with crash reports and diagnostic information to help identify and fix software issues.

These reports are used solely for debugging and improving the stability of the Service and are not used to identify individual users.

How Information Is Used

Any diagnostic or anonymous analytics information that we receive is used only to:

  • Improve app performance

  • Fix bugs and crashes

  • Enhance reliability

  • Improve existing features

  • Develop new features

We do not sell your information.

We do not use your information for advertising.

We do not create advertising profiles.

Data Storage

Your personal app data is stored:

  • Locally on your device.

  • In your personal iCloud account if iCloud syncing is enabled.

Because your data is stored using Apple’s systems, we generally do not have access to it.

Disclosure of Information

Because we do not maintain servers containing your personal app data, we generally have no personal information to disclose.

We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable laws or legal obligations.

  • Protect the rights or property of AH Apps LLC.

  • Investigate potential misuse of the Service.

  • Protect the safety of users or the public.

  • Protect against legal liability.

Analytics

We use Mixpanel to collect analytics that help us understand how the Service is used and improve its features, reliability, and performance.

Analytics information may include information such as app version, device type, operating system version, feature usage, session activity, and other technical information. We do not use Mixpanel to identify you personally or to advertise to you. We do not send identifying information to MixPanel.

Mixpanel processes analytics data in accordance with its own privacy practices.

Third-Party Services

The Service may use third-party services, including:

  • Apple HealthKit

  • Apple CloudKit and iCloud

  • Apple crash reporting services

  • Mixpanel (analytics)

These services are governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.

If future versions of the Service integrate additional third-party services, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, including if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, California, or other regions with applicable privacy laws, you may have certain privacy rights.

Because AH Apps LLC generally does not collect or store your personal data, many of these rights may not apply in practice. If you have questions about your privacy rights, you may contact us using the information below.

Security

Data stored locally on your device or in iCloud is protected using Apple’s security infrastructure. While we rely on Apple’s security mechanisms, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
