Simple Income Expense Log App
Privacy policy.
Effective Date: Feb 17th, 2025
AH Apps LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”) operates the Simple Income Expense Log App on iOS, macOS, and VisionOS (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of any information you provide or that we obtain when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
Definitions
• Service
The Simple Income Expense Log App available on iOS, macOS, and VisionOS, operated by AH Apps LLC.
• Personal Data
Data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
• Usage Data
Data collected automatically, whether generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, crash reports).
Information Collection and Use
None.
We do not request, collect, or store personal data on our servers. All entries (income and expenses) are stored locally on your device and/or in your private iCloud account, depending on your device settings. We, as the developer, have no direct access to this data.
Types of Data:
Personal Data
We do not collect, store, or request any personal data. Your information (income and expense logs) remains only on your device or in your private iCloud account.
Usage Data
We do not implement any in-app analytics or tracking services. No backend system is used to gather usage statistics. However, you may choose to share anonymized crash reports with Apple as part of your device’s operating system settings. If you opt in, Apple may provide us with crash logs to help us diagnose and resolve technical issues. None of these crash logs contain personal information.
Use of Data
Any crash or error data provided by Apple (if you have opted in) is used solely to troubleshoot and address technical problems. We do not link this data to any personal identifiers.
Disclosure of Data
Since we do not collect or hold personal information, there is nothing to disclose to third parties. In the rare case we receive crash logs from Apple, they are used only for debugging and technical support. We may disclose any data we have if we believe such disclosure is necessary to:
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Protect and defend the rights or property of AH Apps LLC.
• Investigate potential wrongdoing in connection with the Service.
• Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public.
• Protect against legal liability.
But like we said, we have no data to disclose.
GDPR Rights
If you are a European Economic Area (EEA) resident, you have certain data protection rights. However, because we do not collect personal data, these rights are typically not applicable. To learn more, please refer to official GDPR guidance.
Security of Data
We take reasonable measures to protect data stored on your device and iCloud. However, remember that no method of digital transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we strive to use industry-standard methods to safeguard your information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will revise the “Effective Date” accordingly. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for the latest information on our practices.
