Anthony Harvey ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Counter Punch visionOS application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

The only data available to us is the usage data provided by Apple if you have “opted in.” That type of data includes the usage of the application and any crashes that may have occurred. None of that data is associated with personal data.

We don’t request nor collect any usage data beyond the crash reports sent through the App Store for users that “opt-in”. None of the actions taken or results in Counter Punch visionOS application are sent to a server.

Use of Data

We use the collected usage data (crash reports) to detect, prevent and address technical issues.

We do not hold any data of value to other parties. We may disclose the Data we do have in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
