This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the mobile application Bluetooth Finder & Detector (the “App”), operated by AH Apps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Summary
Bluetooth Finder & Detector stores your saved devices, last seen history, and app settings locally on your iPhone. We do not collect, transmit, or store your Bluetooth device list or location history on our servers, and we do not have access to that data.

Data Stored Locally On Your Device
Bluetooth Finder & Detector may store the following information on your device:
Saved devices (favorites and custom names)
Device discovery history (for example, “last seen” date/time and signal strength)
Location history if you grant location permission (for example, last known coordinates shown on a map)
App preferences and settings
This information remains on your device and is not sent to us.
Analytics and Diagnostic Data (Optional)
If you have opted in to share analytics or diagnostics with Apple, Apple may provide us with aggregated or de-identified information such as crash reports and performance data. We use this information to improve stability and fix bugs. This diagnostic information is not your Bluetooth device list or your location history.
Purchase Information
If Bluetooth Finder & Detector offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details (such as your credit card number). We may receive basic purchase or subscription status information needed to provide access to paid features.
How We Use Information
To provide the App’s features locally on your device (saved devices, last seen history, and finder tools)
To improve reliability and performance using crash reports and diagnostic information (when available)
To manage access to paid features (if applicable)

We do not share your saved devices, last seen history, or location history because we do not collect or store that information on our servers.

Permissions
Bluetooth: Required to scan for nearby Bluetooth devices.
Location (Optional): If you grant location permission, Bluetooth Finder & Detector can save where you were when a device was last detected so it can show “last seen” on a map. If you do not grant location permission, location history features will be unavailable.
Data Retention
Bluetooth Finder & Detector’s data is stored locally on your device, so you control retention. You can delete saved devices within the App, or uninstall the App to remove locally stored data.
Security
We design Bluetooth Finder & Detector so data is stored locally and is not transmitted to our servers. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we aim to minimize data exposure by not collecting it in the first place.
Your Rights (GDPR/EEA and Similar Laws)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Because we do not collect your saved devices or location history, most requests can be handled by you directly within the App (or by uninstalling the App). For purchase records, Apple controls the transaction data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Please review this policy periodically.
