About this app
You do the work. Proof of Service sends the proof.
Built for solo operators and small crews — plow drivers, lawn care, cleaners, handymen, pool techs, anyone who finishes a job and just wants to send the bill. No back office, no accounts, no monthly software to babysit.
Document the job in under a minute Snap before-and-after photos right from the app. Every job is automatically stamped with the time and GPS location, so there's never a question of whether you showed up. Check off what you did from your own list of common tasks — set it up once, and every new job starts pre-filled.
One PDF that does two jobs Tap once and get a clean, professional PDF with your logo and brand color: photos, what was done, when and where (with a map), your notes, the price, and how to pay you. It's the proof of service and the invoice in a single document your client actually understands.
Send it before you leave Text it or email it straight from the job site. Mark it sent, and move on to the next one.
Pricing that matches how you work Give your common tasks default prices and let the total add itself up — or just type a number. Show the price on the PDF, or hide it when the job's already paid. Your accepted payment methods print right on the document.
Smart help, all on your device On supported iPhones, Apple Intelligence turns rough field notes ("plowed drive 2x, salted walk") into polished sentences for the client — and suggests photo captions. Everything runs on-device. Nothing is sent to a server.
Your data stays yours Jobs, clients, and photos live on your iPhone and sync privately through your own iCloud. No sign-ups, no third-party cloud.
Stop letting paperwork follow you home. Do the job, send the proof, get paid.
