Anthony Harvey ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Barcode Copy mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Personal Data: We don’t request nor collect any personal data.

Usage Data: The only data available to us is the usage data provided by Apple if you have “opted in.” That data includes the number of sessions and any crashes that may have occurred. None of that data is associated with personal data.

We don’t request nor collect any usage data beyond the crash reports sent through the App Store for users that “opt-in”. None of the urls visited nor the barcodes scanned are ever sent to a server unless the user sends the information through another application, or service.

Use of Data

If applicable we may receive (crash reports) through Apple and use those to detect, prevent and address technical issues.

Disclosure Of Data

We do not hold any data of value to other parties. We may disclose the Data we do have in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

·       To protect and defend the rights or property of Anthony Harvey

·       To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

·       To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public

Security of Data

The developer doesn't have any of your data, therefore there is no need to secure it!

Note: The Barcode Copy app includes a browser for the user to make use of their barcodes on any website. Those websites are not part of the Barcode Copy app and the developer is not responsible for the practices of those websites.
